THE REAL WORLD VIEW — TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: 13th June 2026

1. General Terms

1.1 By accessing, subscribing to, or using therealworldview.com (the "Website") or any service or community associated with it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1.2 In these Terms: "the Company" means PPC Consulting (UK) Limited, trading as The Real World View; "the Website" means therealworldview.com and its sub-pages; "the Service" means the subscription content and access described in Clause 2; "Member" means any person holding a free or paid subscription.

1.3 You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

1.4 The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. The Service

2.1 The Service is provided on the following tiers:

(a) The Briefing — £49 per month or £490 per year. Includes the weekly Capital Governance Briefing, chart discussions, access to the Founding Room, and the ability to submit questions.

(b) Capital Governance Pro — £900 per quarter or £3,000 per year, available by application. Intake opens once per year. Includes the trading and investing application tracks, the Capital Governance Framework, live group Q&A, direct question submission, and ongoing updates.

(c) The Private Briefing Room — £1,500 per quarter or £5,000 per year, available by application. Includes direct access to Aaron Elahi, pressure-testing of the member's own decisions, technology and strategy discussions, and the private Q&A and discussion archive.

2.2 Access begins on the date the Company confirms the member's subscription and payment (the "Commencement Date") and full access is provided from that date.

2.3 The Company may, at its discretion, notify members of any periods during which the Service may be temporarily unavailable.

3. Subscriptions, Billing and Renewal

3.1 Subscription fees are payable in advance via the Website's payment provider.

3.2 Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually as selected) until cancelled in accordance with Clause 4.

3.3 The Company will charge the renewal fee to the member's payment method on each renewal date.

3.4 The Company may change subscription fees. Members will be given reasonable notice of any change before it takes effect, and any change will apply only from the next renewal.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

4.2 Members have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where a member requests immediate access to digital content, they acknowledge that this right may be waived to the extent the content has been supplied.

4.3 The Company's refund position is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Registration and Account

5.1 Members must provide accurate and current registration information and are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.

5.2 Members are responsible for all activity on their account. Accounts may not be shared, and use by any person other than the registered member is prohibited.

5.3 Members must notify the Company promptly of any known or suspected unauthorised use of their account or breach of security.

5.4 The Company may decline or terminate an account where registration information cannot be verified or where these Terms are breached.

6. No Investment Advice

6.1 All content provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only.

6.2 The Company does not provide investment, financial, trading, tax, or legal advice, signals, or personal recommendations of any kind. Nothing provided through the Service addresses any individual's circumstances or constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset or financial instrument.

6.3 Members should obtain advice from a suitably qualified, regulated adviser before making any financial decision and use all information at their own risk.

7. Crypto-Asset Risk Notice

7.1 Content may reference crypto-assets. Crypto-assets are high-risk and largely unregulated in the UK. Their value can fall as well as rise and members may lose all capital invested.

7.2 Nothing provided through the Service constitutes a promotion, recommendation, or solicitation to acquire any crypto-asset.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, design, and materials provided through the Service are the property of the Company unless otherwise stated, and the Company's brand and logo are protected.

8.2 Members may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. Members may not reproduce, distribute, resell, republish, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any content without the Company's prior written permission.

8.3 Member-contributed content remains the responsibility of the contributing member, who grants the Company the right to display and moderate it within the Service.

9. Community Conduct

9.1 Members may not post content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, illegal, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, or that constitutes political campaigning, commercial solicitation, or contains malicious code.

9.2 The Company may moderate, remove, or restrict member content and may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of this Clause.

10. Warranties, Liability and Indemnity

10.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company makes no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose, and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or actions taken in reliance on the content. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by the member.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

10.4 Members agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from their misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Data Protection

11.1 The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Third-Party Links

12.1 The Website may link to third-party sites. The Company does not control or endorse those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Members access them at their own risk.

13. Force Majeure

13.1 The Company is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14. General

14.1 Failure to exercise a right does not waive it.

14.2 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

14.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the member and the Company regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the member submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
