What I Do

Complexity

Translation

Decision

That has been the common thread through my entire career.

Treasury.

Liquidity.

Trading infrastructure.

Risk systems.

The challenge was never understanding everything. It was understanding enough to make the right decision.

My role never changed: take complexity, reduce it to what matters, turn it into something people can actually use.

That's what business analysts do. What product owners do. And over time I realised it's what good investors and traders do too.

Most people aren't short of information. They're short of clarity.

Every year the world produces more — more research, more opinions, more forecasts, more noise. AI just produces more of it.

Yet better decisions stay rare.

Because information doesn't improve judgment. Understanding does.

Whether you're managing £10,000 or £1 million, the challenge is identical.

The future can't be known. The decision still has to be made.

So the only question that matters is this: how do you decide well when certainty is impossible?

That question sits underneath everything I build — the calculators, the framework, the briefing, the private room. .

Capital Governance is simply the name I gave to the answer.

Here's the real advantage of my background. I understand the plumbing beneath the surface — because I built it.

The systems most people never see.

Which means I learned to look past the explanation and ask a different question: where do the incentives sit, and who actually benefits?

I know the language. I know how the systems actually work. I know where the real answers are buried.

Where most people are handed a surface-level explanation and have to take it on faith, I can see what's really driving the outcome — and what isn't.

That's the edge. Not predicting the future. Seeing past the story to what's really there.

Because things are rarely what they first appear to be.

More information than ever. Less clarity than ever. My job is to close that gap.

Not certainty. Not predictions. Not signals. Better judgment under uncertainty.

That's what I do.

Recommendations from the people I actually worked with.

It's all on LinkedIn.

That's the public record behind every word on this site.
