THE REAL WORLD VIEW — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Subscriptions

The Real World View is a subscription service operated by PPC Consulting (UK) Limited. Subscription fees are payable in advance and grant access for the period purchased (monthly, quarterly, or annual, as selected).

2. Immediate access

Access to the content is provided immediately upon confirmation of your subscription. At checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that, because the digital content is supplied straight away, you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel once access has been provided.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew. You will not be charged again once you have cancelled.

4. No refunds

Except where you have a statutory right that cannot be waived or excluded, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. Cancelling part-way through a billing period does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of that period; your access simply continues until the period ends.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law, including your rights if the service is not provided as described or is not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

6. How to cancel

To cancel, use the cancellation option in your account dashboard or contact us at aaron@therealworldview.com. Cancellation takes effect from the date we confirm it.
